is highly painful condition of face arising from area between chin and forehead.

Severe sharp shooting pain triggered by touch, breeze, water splash or jaw movement which lasts for few seconds is instantly relieved by local anaesthetic block till its effect wears off.

Thus there is no difficulty in diagnosis

Treatment depends on severity and specific indications variable from  patient to patient.

Oral tablers, nerve block by an expert, nerve excision, and ganglion block with chemicals or electrical pulse are helpful for only limited time.
